PSX & IFMP Partnership with CISI
The Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) and the Institute of Financial Markets of Pakistan (IFMP) have partnered with the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI-UK) to strengthen professional standards across Pakistan’s capital markets.
Through this MoU, money managers, brokers, and market professionals gain access to globally recognized CISI qualifications and the opportunity to earn dual certifications by completing:
- International Certificate in Wealth & Investment Management
- Certificate in Securities
Together, IFMP, PSX, and CISI have launched Pakistan-focused versions of these programs— ICWIM (Pakistan) and Certificate in Securities (Pakistan) designed to build capacity, enhance skills, and promote integrity across the financial markets.
This collaboration supports a shared vision: strengthening Pakistan’s capital-market ecosystem and boosting investor confidence, including interest from global markets.
ICMAP CISI Partnership
The Institute of Cost & Management Accountants of Pakistan (ICMAP) and the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI-UK) have signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding to strengthen professional development in Pakistan’s financial sector. Through this partnership, ICMAP members receive mutual recognition of membership and gain access to internationally respected CISI qualifications for continuous professional development.
Successful candidates can also progress toward CISI global membership, enhancing their professional standing and career opportunities. An Awareness Session was held to highlight the benefits of the CISI–ICMAP collaboration and to introduce members to the pathways available for upskilling and international certification.
